Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Applicability
1. These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Culture Galaxy and to any distance contract concluded between Culture Galaxy and the consumer.
2. Before the contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, Culture Galaxy will indicate how the terms and conditions can be accessed.
Article 2 – The Offer
1. The products offered consist of clothing and designer fashion, produced on a made-to-order basis.
2. The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Culture Galaxy.
Article 3 – The Agreement
1. The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions set.
2. Culture Galaxy will confirm receipt of the order electronically without delay.
Article 4 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
1. In accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or that are clearly personalized.
2. As Culture Galaxy produces all items on demand, the legal right of withdrawal is excluded.
3. However, we do offer a return option via a return form. In such cases, a store credit will be issued. In the event of a defect or mistake caused by Culture Galaxy, a full refund will be offered.
Article 5 – Delivery and Execution
1. Culture Galaxy takes the utmost care when processing and fulfilling orders.
2. Delivery times are as follows:
- Benelux: 1–3 business days
- EU: 5–7 business days
- Worldwide: 7–10 business days
*These timeframes are indicative and may vary.
3. Culture Galaxy uses external production partners for on-demand fulfillment.
Article 6 – Payment
1. Payments must be made via the available payment methods on the Shopify platform, including iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and credit cards.
2. In case of non-payment, Culture Galaxy reserves the right to cancel the order.
Article 7 – Liability
1. Culture Galaxy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where legally required under mandatory law.
2. The total liability of Culture Galaxy shall never exceed the amount paid for the order.
Article 8 – Complaints
1. Any complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be submitted within 7 days after delivery, clearly and completely described, via [info@culture-galaxy.com](mailto:info@culture-galaxy.com).
2. Culture Galaxy will respond within 14 days.
Article 9 – Disputes
1. All agreements between Culture Galaxy and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
2. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law in the consumer’s country provides otherwise.
