These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Culture Galaxy and to every agreement concluded at a distance between Culture Galaxy and a consumer through www.culture-galaxy.com.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer from Culture Galaxy and to every distance contract concluded between Culture Galaxy and the consumer.
Before the agreement is concluded, these Terms and Conditions will be made available through our website. If this is not reasonably possible, we will indicate how they can be accessed and provide them free of charge upon request.
Article 3 – The offer
Culture Galaxy offers premium shirts and may expand its collection over time with other items that fit the brand.
We aim to describe our products as clearly and accurately as possible. Product images, descriptions, sizes, colors, and other details are presented with care, but minor differences may occur, including due to screen settings, production variation, or material characteristics.
Obvious mistakes, pricing errors, or obvious errors in the offer do not bind Culture Galaxy.
Article 4 – The agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions set for placing an order.
After an order is placed, Culture Galaxy will confirm receipt electronically without undue delay. An order confirmation does not automatically mean that an order cannot later be adjusted or cancelled by us in the case of fraud suspicion, technical error, stock or production issues, pricing mistakes, or other legitimate reasons.
Article 5 – Products and made-to-order production
Culture Galaxy currently focuses on premium shirts. Some or all products may be produced on a made-to-order basis after an order is placed.
Because of this production model, products may move into fulfilment quickly. Once production has started, changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges may be limited or unavailable, except where required by law or where an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal and exceptions
For distance contracts, consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Where the legal right of withdrawal applies, the consumer must notify Culture Galaxy within 14 days of receiving the goods and follow our return instructions.
Where a product falls under a valid legal exception to the right of withdrawal, such as a product made to the consumer’s specifications or otherwise clearly personalised within the meaning of applicable law, that right of withdrawal does not apply.
For items that are defective, damaged, or not in conformity with the agreement, the consumer may still be entitled to an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law. Article 7 – Delivery and execution
Culture Galaxy takes care when processing and fulfilling orders. Orders may be produced, packed, and shipped with the help of specialist fulfilment and logistics partners, including partners located in the United States.
Any delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by production times, public holidays, customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The consumer must provide a correct and complete shipping address. Culture Galaxy is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the consumer.
Article 8 – Payment
Payments must be made through the payment methods made available on our website at checkout. These may include iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, credit cards, and other payment methods offered through Shopify or our payment providers.
Culture Galaxy reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of failed payment, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or other legitimate payment-related concerns.
Article 9 – Complaints and product issues
If you have a complaint, product issue, or problem with the execution of the agreement, please contact us as soon as possible at help@culture-galaxy.com and describe the issue clearly and completely.
We aim to respond within 14 days of receiving a complaint. If more time is needed, we will inform you accordingly.

Article 10 – Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Culture Galaxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any direct liability of Culture Galaxy is limited to the amount paid by the consumer for the relevant order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law, including in cases of intent or gross negligence where such limitation is not allowed.
Article 11 – Intellectual property
All content on the website of Culture Galaxy, including text, images, product names, branding, logos, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Culture Galaxy and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission, except where legally permitted.
Article 12 – Force majeure
Culture Galaxy is not liable for delays or failures to perform obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to transport disruptions, customs delays, supply chain interruptions, technical failures, strikes, government measures, or force majeure events.
Article 13 – Applicable law and disputes
All agreements between Culture Galaxy and the consumer are governed by Dutch law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in the consumer’s country of residence provide otherwise.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides that another court has jurisdiction.
