Returns Policy
At Culture Galaxy, each piece is made specifically for your order. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference once an item has been produced.
If something is wrong with your order, you may request a replacement, refund, or approved return under the conditions below.
Made-to-order items
All Culture Galaxy products are made on demand. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer preference issues such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or deciding you no longer want the item after production has started.
When you can contact us for a refund, replacement, or return
Please contact us if:
- you received the wrong item
- you received the wrong size or color
- your item arrived damaged
- your item has a print or production defect
- your package appears to be lost in transit
For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
For packages that appear to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
How to submit a return or issue request
To request a refund, replacement, or approved return, email us at help@culture-galaxy.com and include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos showing the problem, where applicable
We will review your request and respond with the next steps. Please do not send any item back without written approval from our team.
When we cover the return shipping cost
We will cover return shipping costs, or provide another appropriate solution, if the issue is our responsibility, including:
- you received the wrong item, size, or color
- the item arrived damaged or defective
- there is a printing or production error
- a fulfillment error occurred
If your request is approved and a return is required, we will provide the correct return instructions. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned.
When return shipping is your responsibility
If a return is exceptionally approved for a reason that is not caused by our error, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Returns and exchanges we do not accept
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- ordering the wrong size
- personal preference
- incorrect shipping details entered at checkout
- incorrect product, size, color, or quantity selected by the customer
We are not responsible for checkout mistakes once productions has started.
Condition of returned items
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in original condition. Returned items must be:
- unused
- unworn
- unwashed
- unaltered
We cannot accept items that are worn, washed, stained, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way.
Return address
If your return request is approved, please use only the return address provided by our team.

Please do not return items without prior written approval.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, where a return is required, we will process the refund as soon as reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@culture-galaxy.com.
Because orders move quickly into production, changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible.
Incorrect addresses and returned-to-sender packages
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
