1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Culture Galaxy. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Culture Galaxy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect once published on this page.

2. Products and Made-to-Order Production

Culture Galaxy operates on a made-to-order basis. This means that products are produced only after an order has been placed. We do not keep pre-produced stock.

By producing items on demand, we reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste. Because items are made specifically after purchase, processing times may differ from traditional retail models.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, descriptions, and size guides carefully before placing an order.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if incorrect information, suspected fraud, or unauthorized payment is identified.

Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and its supported payment providers. Culture Galaxy does not store or have access to full payment details.

If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Delivery times provided on the website are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Culture Galaxy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds (Made-to-Order)

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, return options are limited.

Customers have the right to return products in accordance with Dutch and European consumer law. However, because products are produced on demand and not pre-stocked, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is defective

  • The product is damaged upon arrival

  • The product received is incorrect due to an error on our side

Returns based on personal preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind are generally not accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Culture Galaxy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Culture Galaxy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
