At Culture Galaxy, all products are printed and produced on demand and shipped directly from our production partners in Overijssel, The Netherlands. Culture Galaxy

We ship to customers worldwide. Because each item is made specifically after your order is placed, processing and delivery times may be longer than with pre-made stock. We aim to provide fast, reliable delivery while supporting sustainable production.

Processing and Fulfillment

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your items enter production.

  • Production times are typically short, but can vary depending on order volume and print capacity.

  • Orders are fulfilled by our trusted printing partners and handed over to shipping carriers for delivery.

Shipping Destinations and Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and start once your order has left our facility:

Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg): 1–3 business days
Europe: 2–5 business days
Rest of the World: 5–10 business days (customs may affect timing) Culture Galaxy

Please note that these are estimates — actual delivery can vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or local postal services.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email. This allows you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery. Culture Galaxy

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of shipment, please check your spam folder and contact our support team.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Because Culture Galaxy operates on a made-to-order basis, returns are limited. You can find full details on returns and exchanges in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Typically, returns are accepted only if an item is:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect due to our error

  • Defective

Returns for personal reasons, preference, or size mistakes may not be accepted due to the custom production nature of each item.

Carrier Delays and Customs

Delivery speeds depend on carriers and local postal services. Customs clearance in your country may add extra time and possible fees. Culture Galaxy is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us with your order number and description of the issue.

  2. We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

  3. Where applicable, we will offer a replacement or refund according to the circumstances and our Returns & Exchanges policy.

International Shipping Notes

Shipments outside the EU may be subject to local customs inspection, duties, or taxes not included in the original purchase price. These are not controlled by Culture Galaxy and are the responsibility of the customer.
